The development of wheelchair control solutions for people with severe limitations of fine motor of the upper limbs has occupied a central place in the technological industry of the area.

This project shows a real possibility of controlling a wheelchair with head movements, without the need for physical contact with the control, since the distance sensor is used to control the movement of the same. The same principle can be used to enable individuals with this type of disease to effectively control some computer games.

The wheelchair is simulated with the ROVER and Ultrasonic Ranger, which is controlled by movements of the user's head.
